Phony bill scam making the rounds (Lexington Clipper-Herald)

She rebuffs the pressure to repay a nonexistent loan. Pamela Frank hesitated when a man called her at work to say she was delinquent on a $798.96 loan and would be sued, fired and arrested if she didn't settle.
