Consumer protection agencies say mortgage complaints hardest to handle (Sun-Sentinel)
Auto and home-improvement issues most common Mortgage-related cases, especially foreclosure rescue, were most frequently cited by state and local protection agencies as the worst ones they handled in 2008, according to a nationwide annual survey ranking common consumer complaints released Thursday.
